Fast and Lose Phill

During the last election, according to The Kansas City Star, Phill Kline, who was then attorney general and is now Johnson County district attorney, had his campaign staff "copy a list of e-mail addresses from a state computer to a portable data storage device. A campaign e-mail was then sent to the addresses.
Many of the addresses were collected from citizens who had requested information from the attorney general’s office."

Yesterday, the Kansas Ethics Commission gave Kline a pass on this violation. No wonder he thinks he can get away with anything.
