Cruel and Unusual
There's been some talk that Kent Hovind, aka Dr. Dino, the creationist who refused to pay his taxes while lecturing the rest of us about our moral failings, plans to set up a prison ministry while he's serving the 10 years for tax fraud he was sentenced to yesterday.
This seems unnecessarily harsh on the other prisoners. Isn't there something in the Bill of Rights about cruel and unusual punishment?
