Prosecutors Go Limp on Rush
Apparently, Rush Limbaugh will not be prosecuted or face any other repercussions, including revocation of his 18-month pretrial intervention agreement with the Palm Beach County state attorney's office, for having a bottle of Viagra that was in a third party's name in his possession when he returned on his private jet from a visit to the Dominican Republic.
