Didn't Get the Memo

"... Proponents of evolution say it is based upon scientific evidence and creationism is not, therefore, creationism should not be taught. I would ask those who favor only evolution to consider the following questions derived from the Discovery Institute in Seattle... "

Ken Schlafley of Midland, Michigan apparently didn't get Discovery's "teach the controversy" memo.

RSR knows these guys keep up to date on all the evidence, but it seems possible that Schlafley also missed the 1987 Supreme Court ruling, in Edwards v. Aguillard, that Louisiana's Creationism Act, a statute prohibiting the teaching evolution in public schools except when it was accompanied by instruction in creation science, was unconstitutional.
