New Front in Diabolical "War Against Christians"

The diabolical war against Christians is marching forward. What started innocuously enough with greetings of "Happy Holidays" and seasonal songs such as "Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer" at school holiday pagents has now taken on a darker, more ominous tone.

A proposal to change the traditional designation of time as either B.C., Before Christ, or A.D., Anno Domini, for in the year of our Lord, to more modern references -- B.C.E. for Before Common Era., and C.E. for Common Era -- in Kentucky schools was considered by the state school board yesterday. But, as the Lexington Herald-Leader reports, at least one conservative group is questioning the motives behind the change.

"Why do you need to change the dating system we've used for 2000 years unless you have some sort of political agenda?" asked Martin Cothran, a senior policy analyst for the Kentucky chapter of the Family Foundation, a national non-profit that focuses on traditional values.

Ah, but whose traditional values?
