Ohio's Future: Costly Litigation?
"I think the [Dover] ruling is a wake-up call to our board that we are out of compliance, at least in that judge's opinion," says Robin C. Hovis, an Ohio State board member from Millersburg. "I think it would be very unfortunate of us to subject the state of Ohio to costly litigation."
