Wink, Wink, Nudge, Nudge
From John Hanna of the Associated Press, "Ken Bingman has been teaching biology for more than 40 years and isn't about to change what he tells his students about evolution, no matter what the State Board of Education says... Bingman called the proposed standards 'a wink and a nudge' to creationists, encouraging them to pressure local boards into spending less classroom time on evolution."
