Dover Appeal?
According to Christina Kauffman of the York Dispatch, newly elected Dover school board members Brian Rehm, Patricia Dapp, Bernadette Reinking and Judy McIlvaine have said they would not appeal if the district loses the case.
Judge John E. Jones III is expected to issue a ruling on the case by the end of the year.
