Litigious Larry
Larry Caldwell is back in action. Caldwell is well known for his belief that any day he hasn't filed suit against someone is a day wasted. Now he's representing his wife in a suit against the University of California Berkeley and the National Science Foundation claiming a website designed to help teachers present evolution is just too darn religious -- and that's what he really wants, to remove religion from the public sphere.
