Dover is about what we teach school children in their first introduction to biology. It has absolutely nothing to do with scientific inquiry.
The only thing that's stopping intelligent design "theorists" and creation "scientists" from conducting genuine scientific inquiry is their incuriosity, dilettantism, and general laziness.

Have you heard news of Michael Behe, or Johnathan Wells, or William Dembski been chased from their labs or offices?
