Devastating Testimony
The National Center for Science Education has posted a series of three podcasts by Nick Matzke on the testimony, Wednesday, of Dr. Barbara Forrest, co-author of Creationism's Trojan Horse.
Matzke reports that Forrest provided devastating testimony in the Dover intelligent design case. The drama of her testimony was heightened by an attempt, by attorneys for the defense, to prevent her from testifying as an expert.
The morning session was taken up by a hearing over whether she would be allowed to testify as an expert.
