Kansas Coalition Responds to ID Decision

A coalition of clergy, academicians and community leaders will address the Kansas State Board of Education's decision to incorporate the teaching of Intelligent Design into the state's science curriculum, today. The media event will be held at the Unitarian Universalist Fellowship of Topeka, 4775 SW 21st Street at 2 p.m.

Speakers include Bill Wagnon of the Kansas State Board of Education; Prof. Tim Miller of University of Kansas; Prof. Glenn Horton Smith of Kansas State University; Rabbi Larry Karol of Topeka's Temple Beth Shalom; and Robert Wolfson, regional director of the Plains States Anti-Defamation League.
